| We loved this hotel! Great location. The staff was extremely helpful. We also ate dinner our first night there. Because it was our first night, we received a 30% discount. The food was delicious. I will stay here the next time I'm in Florence. |

| Her var det en rolig og verdig atmosfære.i meget vakre oppholdsrom,spisesalen inkludert. Middagen, som vi oppfattet som gourmetmeny, innfridde ikke helt. Hagen med utmerket servering av forfriskninger var så flott. |

| Luxurious is the word that comes to mind when I think about our stay at the Montebello Splendid Hotel. It is a lovely, restful escape in the midst of bustling Florence. Walking to the major attractions only took about ten minutes. The service was also fantastic. Every member of the staff really went out of their way to be helpful. |

| While off the beaten path from central Florence sites, it's a refreshing 15 minute walk, which can be done along the Arno or thru shop lined streets. In return, you get some tranquility in a classic hotel that looks and feels traditionally Italian.
Hotel was indeed 5 star! Room, service and helpfulness of front desk were all first rate. Assistance with private tours was great and hotel does not double or triple the rates of the guides and tours like normal practice at other Firenze hotels like the savoy. |

| Our stay (3/13-3/22) at Montebello Splendid was a five star experience. The hotel not only met but exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were excellent. The overall atmosphere was one of the best my wife and I have experienced in our international travels. |

| Hotel precioso. Excelentes instalaciones. El único detalle: el baño muy chico, apretado. Atención del personal muy cordial. Tranquilo, Sin ruido. Un poco alejado de las atracciones turisticas, pero iguak vake la pena. |

| Great hotel within walking distance to the train station. We chose this hotel because it was close to the train station and was a good price for a 5 star hotel. We took the train from Rome to Florence and then had to meet at the train station for a day tour of Tuscany so being in close proximity was a high priority for us. The hotel was very nice and we ended up with with a very spacious room which was a very pleasant surprise after hearing about how small the hotels rooms were in Italy. We would definitely stay here again! |
