| Fantastic location - in the heart of Florence. Beautiful rooms, all different interiors. Renovation is needed as hotel lobby and corridors do look a little bit worn-out. Service is exceptionally efficient, friendly, concierge is very good. Breakfast is disappointing. Good value for money. |

| ﾌｨﾚﾝﾂｪの中心部にあり、どこへ行くにも便利で、ｺﾝｼｪﾙｼﾞｪｻｰｳﾞｨｽも抜群（ﾚｽﾄﾗﾝ予約・ﾀｸｼｰを雇っての周遊手配、そしてその時の男性の笑顔も。ただし女性ｽﾀｯﾌはテキパキして素晴らしいが少し怖いくらいキリリとしている。）値段は高いがそれだけの価値あり。（でも早期の割引等でもっと安いレートがあれば、なお嬉しい） |

| Exquisite, refined, boutique luxury hotel conveniently located to major sites and museums. All of our sightseeing was within walking distance. The staff were professional, courteous and gracious. Our requests for assistance with arrival/departure transportation, as well as, rail reservations were promptly handled. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as The Helvetia and Bristol Hotel is the quintessence embodiment of a romantic, old world, European hotel. |

| Most guide books show this hotel at $$$$ and it would be worth it. But, that is not what I paid here and it was a bargain. The rooms are very nice and the service is superb. Located 5 min from the famous Duomo and the central train station, the hotel is very convenient. The only neg is that the breakfast buffet is a bit pricey but then again this is a small luxury hotel. Highly recommended especially if you can find a special offer as I did. |
