| All around the hotel road construction was going on which highly limited the accessibility by car. The entire square outside the hotel was fenced in. Parking was possible in the garage across the street but was expensive.
Nice breakfast, nice garden. Huge bed, a bit to hard as are most Italian beds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Tickets to local venues - no problem although it involved some white lies and partial counterfeit of voucher. |

| Hotellet ligger 10 minutters gang fra de flotte indkøbsgader, men tilgengæld med ro og en hyggelig lille have med pool.
Super søde medarbejder gør opholdet til en fornøjelse.

| Excellent and friendly service, staff very accomodating and helpful. Beautiful and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Fluffy pillows and a decent duvet - not just a thin sheet :-) The outdoor pool is very small, but is surrounded by a beautiful garden where you can have a drink and a snack/light food. This area is lit up at night with decorative lighting and torches.

| My sister and I were traveling by ourselves, we walked to the shopping area in the daytime and it was ok, but we went to dinner that evening at Mario bucco right down the street about 1/2 mile and the neighborhood was a little iffy. We decided to take a cab ride back to the hotel and it cost us 11.00 euro, we thought that was a little much, I won't stay there again. |

| Our first trip to Florence and we were extremely pleased with this hotel. The staff was beyond friendly and welcoming. Everyone went a step beyond to ensure our stay was great and that we saw the best of the city. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay. |

| Really nice hotel, slightly away from the centre of Florence, but with a great pool and garden and a 15 minute walk away form the Duomo. However, very expensive services and room service ( but that might be Florence). If you afford it, stay at the other Leading Hotel of the world- The Savoy which is superior and VERY central |

| Our room was very spacious, especially by European standards. The lobby area is modern and nice. Staff was helpful. A little walk (12-15 minutes) to the heart of town, but Florence is pretty small so this was not a problem or concern. Also, you can walk from train station. Probably took about 8-10 minutes. Bed was a little uncomfortable. AC was adequate. |
