| Pasamos unos días excelentes en este hotel de Florencia, de los mejores de nuestro viaje. La ubicación es muy céntrica. La calle del hotel hacia el rio es muy tranquila. El único comentario es que en la calle del hotel hay personajes bebiendo en las noches (lo que obviamente no da mucho confianza al viajero), pero es solo en ese sitio y en dirección a la estación de tren. Nosotros lo recomendamos ampliamente. |

| La habitación estaba bastante bien, solo que el baño era un poco antiguo y olía un poco mal.
Todo lo demás bien, excepto que el internet era todo de pago: en las habitaciones había cable de banda ancha y en la recepción wifi y un ordenador. La tarjeta de wifi era bastante cara y solo valía en la recepción |

| This hotel is comfortable and clean and with reasonably good facilities for a city hotel. The staff are efficient and helpful and they have some considerate extras such as tea and coffee making facilitiy on request. It was also quite well-located, only a short walk to to major sites and close to Santa Maria Novella train station.
The down-side of this hotel is that it was noisy inside - you can hear chairs scraping, people walking around etc from other rooms, particularly from the room above. We were also told that they were not allowed to have the air-conditioning on until April which meant that we had to keep the windows open all day and at night. Also, on occasional night, the area became a drunks-hangout. |

| Great location, 5 min walking to the SMN station, 10- 15 min walking to all atractions. Very clean and confortable. Great brakfast, staff amazing! |
